What is the best way to book?

You are also welcome to book last minute but the best way to book is with our online booking system in advance to save any disappointment. 

How do I find you?

We are situated inside Phenix Salon Suites which is a 4 minute walk from Cathedral Square and a 2 minute walk from Snowhill Train Station or a 1 minute walk from St Chad's tram stop. Phenix Salon Suites is on Two Snowhill, but you need to bare in mind that there are two sides to Two Snowhill. We are not on the police station side. Our entrance is round the back side of the building next to the tram line. 

What do I wear for a treatment?

You will be asked to go down to underwear because your therapist needs access to your skin. Some customers prefer to wear shorts which is fine. Either way you will be covered with towels the whole time. 

How does payment work? Do you take cash?

Payment is taken online at the time of booking. We do have an in house payment system too if necessary. We can take cash payments if necessary, but it is not our preference for bookkeeping reasons.

Do you do any deals or promotions?

Absolutely! As we have just opened a new clinic, we are currently running a £10 OFF your first booking with us, so it is good to take advantage of this whilst we are still doing this! 

We also do a monthly subscription that keeps it at the same lower rate, meaning you can have a monthly powerful reset!

I've never had a massage before, do you think I will like it?

In our experience, clients have different responses to their first ever massage, such as it feeling a bit alien but liking it to instantly loving it. The key thing is having a good first experience as quite often people unwittingly choose a less than optimal service provider, maring their view of massage thereafter. The good news is, our therapists are professional, friendly and highly skilled with the ability to tailor your session to suit you, including pressure and style. 

Is it okay to talk during a session?

Well, we want you to just chill and relax, so we have a minimal talking approach for maximal results and when doing necessary talking, keeping it to a whisper!

Do you offer a sensual service?

This is actually one of the most common questions asked, believe it or not! The answer is we do do add ons like cupping, graston, acupuncture and taping, but not that type of add on, sorry! But we still welcome you because we do a bloody good normal massage!

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, like any business we unfortunately do have to charge for last minute cancellations or DNAs as we cannot replace the lost income with short notice given. However, if you cancel with 24 hours notice, we can fully refund you. And if you cancel with 12 hours notice we can refund half the amount back.
