Questions
Everything you need before you visit
What is the best way to book?
The easiest way to book is through our online booking system via Treatwell.
This is the best option if you want to secure your preferred time and avoid disappointment, especially during busy periods.
Last-minute bookings are sometimes available, but booking in advance is always recommended.
How do I find you?
We are based inside Phenix Salon Suites at:
We are:
Please note that there are two sides to Two Snow Hill. Our entrance is at the rear of the building, next to the tram line, not on the police station side.
What should I wear for a treatment?
You will usually be asked to undress to your underwear so your therapist can work effectively. If you prefer to wear shorts, that is absolutely fine.
You will be covered with towels throughout the session, and your comfort and privacy will always be respected.
I’ve never had a massage before. What should I expect?
That is completely normal.
Some people relax straight away, while others take a little time to settle into their first session. The important thing is that your treatment is adapted to what feels comfortable for you.
If you’re new, starting with a relaxation massage is often a good option.
Is it okay to talk during the session?
Of course. If you need to say something during the treatment, that is always fine.
That said, most clients prefer a quiet and relaxed environment, so we generally keep talking to a minimum unless something needs to be discussed.
What types of treatments do you offer?
We offer a range of treatments including:
Each treatment is tailored to your needs rather than following a fixed routine.
Do you offer inappropriate or sexual services?
No.
We are a professional clinic focused on recovery, relaxation, and performance-based treatment. We do not offer any sexual or inappropriate services.
How does payment work? Do you take cash?
Payment is usually taken online at the time of booking.
We also have an in-house payment option if needed. Cash payments may be accepted in some cases, but this is not our preferred method.
Do you offer deals or promotions?
Yes. We run promotions at different points throughout the year, including seasonal offers.
We may also offer introductory deals for new clients and options for regular bookings. The best way to keep up with current promotions is to follow us on Instagram.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes.
Because appointment times are limited, we do have a cancellation policy in place:
- More than 24 hours’ notice: full refund
- 12 to 24 hours’ notice: partial refund
- Less than 12 hours’ notice or no-show: no refund
This allows us to manage bookings fairly and protect appointment time.
Can I book last minute?
If availability is there, yes.
However, the best approach is always to book in advance, especially if you want a specific therapist, time, or treatment.
Which treatment should I book if I’m not sure?
That depends on what you need.
If you want to relax and switch off, relaxation massage is usually the best place to start.
If you are dealing with tension, stiffness, or recovery from training, deep tissue & sports massage may be more suitable.

If you want a more preventative or assessment-led treatment, Full Body MOT may be the better fit.
